StyleQ Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is non-refundable, ensuring that our beauty professionals are fairly compensated for their reserved time. This policy helps us maintain a high standard of service for all clients while respecting the dedication of our professionals.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees:

📅 Monday to Sunday Appointments

  • 3 to 12-hour’ notice: A $25 service charge will apply for rescheduling or canceling.
  • Less than 4 hours notice: The full-service amount will be charged.

How do I book an appointment?

We'll ask a few simple questions and walk you through what to expect — so you feel informed, supported, and cared for from the very start.

Can I rebook with the same provider?

Absolutely! 

Some providers fill up quickly, so if you love a specific provider and don’t want to miss out, we recommend booking recurring treatments in advance.

How much does it cost to book an at- home service?

For one-time services, we bill at an hourly rate starting at $125. This price includes travel and equipment needed for your service. Members receive special pricing, which makes routine self-care affordable.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

For blowouts, haircuts, or braids, we ask that you wash your hair about 10-15 minutes before your appointment so it’s damp but not dripping wet. If you're booking an updo, no need to wash your hair right before – dry hair works best, and we recommend washing it the day before for optimal results.

For manicures and pedicures, we ask that your nails are free from gel or other treatments beforehand.

Our StyleQ professionals will bring all the necessary tools and products with them, but please inform them ahead of time if you have any allergies or specific concerns.

While we love pets, some of our beauty professionals may be allergic or uncomfortable around animals. For their safety and yours, we kindly ask that you keep pets crated during your appointment. Additionally, we’ll need a spot near an electrical outlet and a flat surface to set up our tools and plug in hairdryers.

It’s important that you're ready to go at your scheduled time for a smooth and efficient StyleQ experience.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is nonrefundable and ensures that our beauty professionals are compensated for their blocked-off time. This policy supports the hard work and dedication of our professionals, allowing us to maintain a high standard of service for all clients. Please review the detailed terms below for specific timeframes and associated charges.

Monday to Sunday Appointments: 

  • 3 to 12 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a $25 service charge.

  • Less than 4 hours' notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a full-service charge.

What if I'm running late for my appointment?
Your Beauty Professional will wait for half of the scheduled appointment time. For example, if you booked a makeup appointment, the artist will wait up to 30 minutes. Please note that the end time of your appointment will remain the same and the Beauty Professional will do as much as they can for you in the allotted time.

If you would like to extend the time of your existing appointment, you can opt for an hourly service at a rate of $125.00 per hour starting back at the original start time of the appointment. To convert a standard appointment to an hourly appointment, please contact us at (262) 345-2127.
 
Is this safe for individuals with mobility issues?

Yes! Our professionals are trained to provide gentle, mobility-friendly care!

Do you accept insurance or care plans?

Many services can be covered under care plans. Call us to check eligibility.

Do I have to pay up front?

If your self-directed care plan covers us, you’ll pay nothing upfront. After your consultation, we must work directly with your care coordinator.

What if I don’t have self-directed care?

If you don’t have self-directed care, or we don’t work with your care provider, you can still receive care from StyleQ at a flat rate per visit. This cost covers everything we do to care for you at your house, including travel, tools, products, consultations, treatments, and aftercare procedures. During your visit, we may not prescribe medications, but we may recommend that you seek additional care from other providers. These follow-ups are not included in your StyleQ visit and will result in separate bills. You can pay your StyleQ bill at the time of booking by credit or debit.
